GREAT OCEAN ROAD EXPERIENCE

2 DAY BUS TOUR GREAT OCEAN ROAD FROM MELBOURNE

2 DAY BUS TOUR GREAT OCEAN ROAD FROM MELBOURNE

The Great Ocean Road Tour is one of the most scenic drives in Australia. The Great Ocean Road itself is listed by the Australian National Heritage and is rich with amazing sights, landmarks, and history – including the famous Twelve Apostles limestone formations.

Ride is a small, proudly independent company set up for backpackers and adventurers to explore The Great Ocean Road the right way! I am Cam and I have been a guide for more than 10 years and love the Great Ocean Road. I feel that it is best explored over two days to be able to appreciate what the area has to offer. A day trip can take almost 14-15 hours to do the tour, covering 600 km and spending most of the day on a bus.

We drive the road in the opposite direction! This allows us to avoid all the day-trip buses, and we get the boring part of the drive out of the way first thing, saving the best of The Great Ocean Road to last! Our Great Ocean Road tours are from Melbourne and are a perfect 2 days long!

This enables us to take our time along the way so that you will never feel rushed. The only timeline we have is to ensure we arrive on time at the 12 Apostles for sunset. We pack our tour with amazing activities, and destinations outlined below.

  • London Bridge – spectacular part of this ancient coastline
  • The 12 Apostles– an amazing sunset experience where we can also see the penguins returning from their day’s fishing.
