Booking Conditions

We suggest you dress appropriately for all weather conditions and also pack towel, toiletries, bathers, snacks and water bottle. We highly recommend a medium level of fitness, appropriate footwear and clothing for walking. Sunscreen and hat is advisable during the warmer months.

Terms & Conditions: Although every effort is made, Ride Bus Tours Pty Ltd (trading as Ride Tours) will not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passengers have travel insurance coverage. Ride Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Ride Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.

Age Policy: Our tours are only available for passengers aged 18 to 35 years old! Our primary focus is providing tours for Backpackers and young travellers, to meet and socialize with like minded passengers.

Transfer Policy: $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 48 hours to 7 days before departure. Transfer within 48 hours will result in full fare forfeiture.

Luggage policy: As a small independent company offering tours aimed at backpackers, we want to keep our prices as low as possible. Taking a luggage trailer is an unnecessary additional cost for short tours. Inappropriate luggage presented on the day of departure may result in refusal to board.

  • Luggage for 1-day tours: There are no luggage storage facilities on 1-day tours, please do not bring your luggage with you. Luggage may be stored with your accommodation provider for the day.
  • Luggage for 2-day tours: Maximum of 5kg per person in a soft traveling pack. Inappropriate luggage presented on the departure day may result in refusal to board.
